Hi, I'm Bailey.

Loud, sarcastically witty, obsessed with great design, and always up for a good joke.

I'm the kind of designer who doesn't mind the late nights if it means getting the work right. I love brainstorming, challenging ideas, and hearing different perspectives—but I'm just as happy disappearing into a project with my headphones turned up and a Figma file open.

I'm a Senior Art Director specializing in brand design, digital experiences, and UX. Over the past decade, I've worked across everything from CPG brands and e-commerce to healthcare, fintech, and startups, building brands, design systems, websites, and products that people actually enjoy using.

I earned my BFA in Graphic Design from Montana State University before coming back home to Denver, where I've been fortunate to create work for brands ranging from beer and cereal to financial services, retail, and emerging businesses.

Outside of work, you'll probably find me at a concert (I've seen Iron Maiden five times), singing Spice Girls way too loudly in my car, hunting for the next great pair of shoes, or convincing myself that one more bourbon is a perfectly reasonable idea. I also firmly believe life is too short to wear the same pair of shoes twice in one week.

At the end of the day, I care deeply about making thoughtful work, collaborating with good people, and creating experiences that leave things a little better than I found them.
